It’s our very own Solheim Cup on the North Fork of Long Island!!
Sunday, October 20th
2:00pm Shotgun: 9 holes of Better Ball
4:30pm - 5:30pm: Wine tasting and passed hors d’oeuvres
5:30pm - 7:00pm: Dinner (plated salad and pasta; buffet featuring beef, chicken, fish, vegetables and potatoes)
7:00pm - 7:30pm: Homemade cookies and coffee bar
Monday, October 21st
8:00am: Continental Breakfast
9:00am shotgun: 9 holes of Pinehurst and 9 holes Individual Match Play
1:00pm: Luncheon Buffet
Cost: $250, includes golf, cart fees, tips, wine tasting, dinner, breakfast, lunch and commemorative wine glass.
The WMGA has reserved a block of rooms at the Riverhead Hyatt for $149 per room plus tax.
The field will be limited to 56 golfers, and the WMGA will be setting up the two teams and pairings.
