Mother must be a WMGA member. If the son’s GHIN number is not provided on the Tournament Entry Form, he will be required to play from scratch.

In-laws not eligible.                     

                                                                          Submit single team entry; your team will be paired by the Committee.
                                                                                        Please indicate age of son if under 19 years of age.
                                                                                                   Entry fee includes food: $150/team
