| Format/Eligibility |
Open to any Junior girl with or without a USGA Handicap Index. Players may choose to participate in either the 36-hole Trophy Tournament or play in the 9-hole Event. Aggregate of two rounds of eighteen-hole Stroke Play format with a full course handicap. The one-day 9-hole Stroke Play competition will be held on Day 1, August 5th. These are Gross and Net score tournaments. |

| Caddies/Carts | Players must walk carrying their bags. No push carts or caddies will be used for the event. Players may not bring their own push cart or caddie. |
| Posting Scores |
The Committee will post all Stroke Play "C" scores where a scorecard has been returned. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Registrations canceled before tee times are emailed (one week prior to the event) will qualify for reimbursement of the registration cost less $20 with no additional fees required. Per our cancellation policy, refunds will not be issued if a player cancels their registration after tee times have been sent out. Should there be caddies provided for the event, the player must additionally cover the cost of a caddie fee. |
